I came to Elope with Us at the end of August with the intent of getting married ASAP and they were able to get my wedding done within 3 months. Michelle and Lisa made the experience enjoyable and all the guests felt that the ceremony went smoothly and were happy with the process. Lisa and Michelle with Elope with Us were incredible. We are both not very outgoing (we don’t use Instagram) so we had no idea so many things needed to be done! Luckily, we had these amazing guides that gave us step-by-step instructions and helped us along the entire journey. The flowers, décor, venue, music, and everything else were perfect in the end!

The people we worked with were all excellent. Linda Cohen was our officiant and she was very fun and kept the mood light-hearted, and the staff at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver were pleasant as well. And of course, Denise Lin, our photographer, provided us with amazing photos mere days after the event.

But what made them go above and beyond was the fact that because of some COVID exposures, we were forced to reschedule only a few days before our planned date. Lisa and Michelle worked extra hard to accommodate the change and coordinate with all the vendors. I can’t thank them enough!

Seriously, if you have no idea what you’re doing, or you do know but you want someone to put it all together, you have to choose Elope with Us. I still don’t know what happened but I do know it was beautiful and perfect!

By far the best money spent on our wedding. We were having trouble finding a venue for our ceremony a little over four months to the big day. We came across Elope with Us and emailed them not thinking anything would come about ~ thank God we did ~ they were able to secure a venue and made our wedding dreams come true on the 2,22,22. Both Lisa and Michelle are experts in the industry. I contacted Lisa (owner of Shing Weddings) and due to the guest count, she provided her Wedding Management package under her other company, Elope with Us (co-owned with Michelle, owner of Eternity Moments). Using Elope with Us was one of the best decisions I have ever made when preparing for my wedding. Michelle and Lisa are one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. They are so patient and will answer any questions you may have. They have a knack for keeping the bride (and I'm sure the groom) calm. They took care of everything for me; from creating the perfect vision of my decor and bringing it to life, to organize the entire ceremony giving me barely anything to do or think about! It was great! My only wish was that we could've spent more time with them. My now-husband and I had booked them only for the ceremony, and after talking with each other, we wished we would have had them for the entire day. The only reason we did not was because we kept going back and forth between having a reception (given covid and all). They made the morning ceremony so seamless and effortless. They are so attentive and will make sure that all your needs are covered so that you are relaxed on your big day. Their communication is great, and they're quick to respond to all e-mails. They truly are the loveliest individuals, and if I could, I would book them time and time again. You guys truly are the best :)

Elope with Us is top-notch customer service! Lisa and Michelle were very quick to respond to emails and made us feel that they really cared about our wedding as much as we did. I was initially feeling a lot of stress during the initial stages of planning, trying to perfect the aesthetic of our venue, but they assured us through emails and Zoom meetings that everything was going smoothly. I basically just sent Lisa a bunch of Pinterest pictures of what I wanted, and like a magician, she made it all happen! On the day of, Lisa arrived at my hotel where I was getting ready, bright and early with full energy and such a pleasant positive vibe. She made me feel less nervous and more at ease and was absolutely wonderful to my daughter!
When I got to our venue, she introduced me to the rest of the EWU team, and even had a pleasant lady named Nancy escort me everywhere I went during the on-site portraits. She carried my phone for me, took pictures and videos for me on my phone, and offered me drinks and even a sweater to keep me comfortable. I pretty much had my own personal assistant on the day of my wedding. EWU had a team of about 4 or maybe even 5 people helping and keeping my husband and our guests comfortable the entire time. We had such a wonderful experience with EWU and I couldn’t recommend them more!

This duo kept finding opportunities to maximize moments for us, from "stealing" our phones to take bonus footage and stills for us from angles we'd never think of; even making sure to use up the leftover shots on the disposable cameras we brought.

Since it was a package we didn’t need to worry about the officiant, videographer, or photographer. I can not say enough good things about the women at Elope With Us. I was given a terminal cancer diagnosis last year and wanted to create a perfect moment in time for my wife to remember for our 20th anniversary. I wanted it to be a total surprise for my wife but being a man I really had no idea where to start. I was put in touch with EWU and they were amazing. They had so many great ideas, helpful hints and when I did not know where to turn they always knew how to get me the help I needed. Being from Ontario I was not familiar with the local services. EWU helped find a photographer, flowers and decoration that were beyond perfect. They helped with every facet of the event and when I had an idea or wanted something specific they found the perfect ways to make my vision come true. Despite being super camera shy, he was able to make us feel comfortable and directed us in order to capture some beautiful photos of our special day.

After a lot of lengthy discussions, my husband and I made the final decision to move our wedding date forward and elope on our 9th year anniversary. We had originally been planning a June 2021 wedding; however, with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the growing amount of cases in BC, the future became more and more unpredictable for the both of us. Rather than wait to see what the future had in store for us (and potentially place deposits we may lose), we decided to elope with our immediate family in secret. We literally had less than 2 months to quickly get everything we needed to pull this off and we honestly could not have done it without Michelle and Lisa at Elope With Us! It started off as a suggested Instagram page based on who we were currently following. Elope With Us stood out to us as they were offering the perfect elopement package with most of the venues we had been considering. There wasn’t much time for us to consider all options so we both took this as a sign and reached out to Michelle and Lisa regarding our elopement. Quite honestly, it was the best decision we made!

It never takes long at all for either Michelle or Lisa to contact us back. They are so detailed, so knowledgeable, and so organized. They answered all of our questions fully and left no room for any feelings of uncertainty. Although they offered a curated package with photography, videography, hair and makeup, arrangements and decor, florals, and even cake options to choose from, they were so accommodating with us as we already had a team in mind for a majority of the services they offered. They communicated so well with us throughout the entire planning process and were completely transparent with us in all of it.

On our big day, Michelle and Lisa came and left with us with a lasting impression of them. They were so detailed, so efficient, so organized, and so quick that by the time either of us had time to process what was happening, our rooms were already staged and ready for our photographer and videographer who hadn’t yet arrived! It all happened in a blink of an eye. We were honestly in so much awe of Michelle and Lisa. With them there, there was not a single moment where my husband and I worried about anything except for ourselves. The thought of our families knowing where to go, where to sit, what to do, etc. never crossed our mind once because we knew that Michelle and Lisa had it all handled. Our ceremonies were perfect. Even our family photos were coordinated so well that we had extra time for additional groupings for photos. We were never behind or stressed about time and that wouldn’t have been possible without Michelle and Lisa. Their attention to detail and their efficiency are completely unmatched. They both genuinely care so much about their couples and that really translates in everything that they did for us.

We contacted Elope with Us after our original destination wedding plans were cancelled due to Covid-19. Michelle and Lisa did an excellent job planning our wedding in just under 3 months. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Michelle and Lisa were extremely timely in responding to emails, organized, detailed, knowledgeable and professional. We were extremely impressed by their suggested vendors, especially their photographer, decor and florals.

Michelle and Lisa did an amazing job the day of making sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. They even set up a virtual broadcast of the wedding ceremony via Zoom. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

Chosing Elope with Us was the best thing me and my husband ever did!

Because of Michelle & Lisa we had a well put together beautiful fairytale wedding. I myself am not able to plan cohesively, just not my skill set 😉 they worked with me every step of the way and helped us achieve a gorgeous day.

Our photographer Denise was a part of the package and it absolute gem when it came to getting truly beautiful shots.

We had just myself my husband and my maid of honor for a very intimate affair and a truly amazing location.

The Hyatt manor is like out of a Disney movie, the solarium has been featured is many movies and tv shows. It's such a unique and decadent in color room with antique feel that photographs in any light.

We were engaged in early April and unsure with the pandemic when or how we would plan our wedding. We thought about waiting to see how things panned out in the next couple of years, but then realized that there was no point in waiting. We decided to elope and with the help of "Elope with Us", we were able to celebrate our love with our most closest family and friends by our side.

Michelle's number was easily found on their website; we called her immediately after our decision to elope was made. She was so warm, so inviting and so helpful! Her partner Lisa also helped us with every detail and coordinated our day perfectly. They made us feel so special and we are so grateful to have them be apart of our day.

Denise was our photographer. The chemistry she had with us was amazing. We felt very comfortable even though we are usually camera shy. She was able to direct us and capture so many beautiful moments for us.

What we love best about their package is that we did not have to stress at all! Everything was planned very well, and the communication was flawless.

My wife and I would like to share our positive experience with Elope with Us. My wife and I decided on a very last minute wedding ceremony. We had our venue, photography, and make up artist booked. However, we were missing decor and floral, and was looking for someone to put everything together. Parq Hotel referred us to Elope with Us with 2 weeks left to go for our wedding. We explained to Elope with Us what we need and what our budget is, and they were able to put together something that was exactly what we wanted, simple and proper at the same time.

They responded very quickly to any messages or email that we have sent them, and despite of the fact that we had quite a few things that were very last minute, we never felt that they were annoyed with us. Rather, they have been very supportive, and even helped us with an extra request that wasn't part of the wedding.

Whether you're looking for something last minute, or a from the start planning for your wedding, I would definitely recommend Elope with Us.

Due to an unexpected family situation, my husband and I had to plan an elopement in under 2 weeks. We honestly could not have been able to pull it off if it weren't for Michelle and Lisa. From choosing and setting up the venue, finding us a wedding officiant, amazing photographer and videographer, as well as the beautiful florals - they literally did it all! I love how Michelle is always on top of things! She really makes sure to communicate everything with you! Sending little reminders and keeping in close contact with you to make sure that everything is done exactly how you want it to be! Even after the elopement, she still connects with you to make sure you are fully satisfied with the photos and video, and even liaises with the photographer and videographer should you need any changes! Our elopement turned out to be everything and more. It was perfect and you honestly could not tell that it was planned in such a short amount of time! It was so lovely to work with Michelle and Lisa and so happy with our decision to hire Elope With Us Vancouver. Both of the planners made the planning process seem so seamless, and Michelle and Lisa did a fabulous job in guiding my husband and I through the whole process. There was nothing too complicated about the wedding packages and both planners were willing to work with our vision. They ensured the province's public health guidelines were being followed which put my husband and I at ease. On the day of the ceremony, Michelle and Lisa were so quick to build a positive rapport with us and we both felt so comfortable in their company. My husband and I are busy professionals and wanted a beautiful lux ceremony without planning, spending and stressing. Elope with us checked off all our boxes for a dream elopement and we are so incredibly thankful. Lisa and Michelle are super experienced and made me feel like I could stop worrying very early on in the process. I consider myself a perfectionist and a hard-to-please client, but from the first planning email, I knew I could let go and relax.

Elope with us planned everything I wanted and thought of everything that I could potentially want with their add-on options. They anticipated the things I didn't consider and gave lots of great ideas along the way. To top off the talent and experience these ladies offer, they have a team of extremely talented, professional and good-energy vendors to put the cherry on top. The florist, venue, photographer, cinematographer and make-up and hair stylist were all top of the line. They seemed to have cherry picked the best of the best to team up with and offer one heck of an elopement package.

I would give 10 stars to these guys, if I could. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys to anyone that is considering eloping. They also offer up to 20 guests which is pretty sweet if anyone is considering a private ceremony with immediate family.
