- $4500 base price
- Personal planning with Elope with Us planners Michelle and Lisa with a detailed schedule of events
- 2 hour use of venue
- Limo transportation to and from the venue
- Assistance with obtaining legal marriage license (couple to purchase and provide their own marriage license if legal marriage is desired, $100 investment)
- Marriage Commissioner to officiate wedding
- Ceremony for couple
- 2 Additional guests to be witnesses or 2 witnesses to be provided if required
- Signing table
- Music service for prelude, processional, signing of registry , recessional
- 2 hour of photography coverage by Denise Lin Photography or John Bello Photo (60 photos, online download for 1 year)
- List of Elope with Us’ preferred vendors for wedding dress, suit/ tux rental, invitations
- Coordination on the day of with elope with us – Vancouver
- Bridal hair and makeup service by multi award winning artists from Faye Smith Agency
- Bridal bouquet and boutonniere by multi award winning Sunflower Florist (selection of 3 different styles)
- 750ml of Veuve Clicquot – Brut with 2 champagne glasses
- $500 - Additional 1 hour of photography coverage by Denise Lin Photography or John Bello Photographer (60 photos, online download for 1 year)
- $1000 - 1 hour of coverage of videography (up to 5 minutes video)
- $850 - Video edit of ceremony (editing to be completed within a week of shooting)
- $550 - Live stream of your ceremony with digital recording
- $100 - Recording of couple’s speech (only available when adding to video edit of ceremony, live stream of ceremony)
- $300 - Bridal hair and makeup service by multi award winning artists from Faye Smith Agency (Bridal hair and makeup takes place at Primp & Proper, additional travel fee for alternative getting ready location)
- $200 - Trial bridal hair and makeup service by multi award winning artists from Faye Smith Agency (Trial takes place at Primp & Proper, additional travel fee for alternative getting ready location)
- $1000 - Instant portrait station prints with the Modern Romance Productions photographer
- $200 - Bridal bouquet and boutonniere by multi award winning Sunflower Florist (selection of 3 different styles)
- $550 - Ceremony ring arch or 2 pillar arrangements decor. (we are able to customize the decor as well, please forward inspiration photos and we can quote accordingly)
- $50 - white aisle runner (pending venue)
- $200 - Mr. & Mrs. Balloons with tassels
- $550 - 1 hour of live guitarist, harpist or violinist
- $100 - 750ml of Veuve Clicquot – Brut with 2 champagne glasses
- $200 - Single tier cake from The Cake & The Giraffe
- $10 - For each guest, customized edible wedding dessert favours
- $300 - Roundtrip limo service
- $20 - For each additional guest (up to 20 guests, first 2 guests included with service)
- $300 - Assistance with hotel accommodations, after ceremony restaurant recommendation and booking
- $150 - Dinner enhancement experience with 24 red rose bouquet delivery
- Deposit is non-refundable
- 50% Deposit payment required to secure booking with contract provided
- Balance is due 5 business days before your elopement
- Wedding to take place rain or shine; no postponing once a date has been set
- Available Monday to Thursday (please inquire for Friday & weekend bookings separately)
- Couple are to purchase and provide their marriage license if legal marriage is desired
